Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases once the product has been accessed or delivered.
If you experience issues with downloading or accessing your digital product, please reach out to us—we’re happy to assist.
Physical Products (Books, Merchandise)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Refunds or returns will not be offered for:

Preorders
If you cancel a preorder before the product is released or fulfilled, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
Once fulfillment begins, the standard rules for digital or physical products apply.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
